Today I had an Ocado delivery and a rare packing malfunction. The All Purpose Cleaner had leaked and ruined the box of Kleenex. I sent an e-mail to let them know and top marks to Ocado Customer Service who have already double refunded the tissues and refunded the cleaner too.
