Today I have started making a wedding cake!
The job for today was to weigh the fruit for a small top tier and get it soaking in a good quantity of brandy. The other two tiers will not be fruit & will have to be made in New Zealand in February!! This tier alone will represent about 1/20th of my weight allowance.
