Call it serendipity but on the day I get the sad news that my Mum had died at 8.30 somehow having an ingrowing toenail removed didn't seem so bad. Mum was 94 and had lived a good life until restricted mobility took the pleasure out of it last year. The last 5 months locally here in a nursing home have provided her with a comfortable and dignified end to her life. God bless....
Eighteen months ago I started a 365 project, taking a photo every day for a year. I completed this in February and have actually found I miss the challenge of finding a subject to photograph each day. So I have set up this Blog with the aim of continuing it as an on-going mission. I may not manage it every day but I hope it will provide an interesting photographic journal. January 1st 2013: I have decided to stop adding to this Blog. Happy New Year!
