Well, what a difference a day makes; RSS James Clark Ross here departing Portsmouth harbour just before midday. Next stop Stanley FI ready for a season of Antarctic Surveying. Again I had a wave from Mike, the Communications Officer on board, he also tried to ring me but even my multi-tasking abilities don't extend to waving, photography and phone answering!!
