We spent the afternoon helping to clean bee-keeping equipment with Petersfield Bee-keeping Association. This is the first task of the year and was actually far more fun than it sounded. We scraped and cleaned and others blow-torched then new frames were made and Hessian cut into strips for the smokers. Sustained by tea and scones and cakes a good time was had by all.
